Justin Olmeim is a NADA Academy graduate with nearly 20 years of automotive leadership experience. Before joining Koppy Motors, he spent almost two decades as a General Manager and General Sales Manager for one of Minnesota's largest automotive groups before making the move to the independent dealership world.

Known for his light hearted approach and passion for people, Justin focuses on building strong teams, creating exceptional customer experiences, and helping Koppy Motors continue its long tradition of serving the community. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife, three children, and newest role as a proud grandfather.

Blane Scott - Finance Manager

Blane Scott has been in the automotive business for more than 40 years and has seen just about everything the industry has to offer. Throughout his career, he has held leadership roles with several large automotive groups, including Finance Director and General Sales Manager, building a reputation as one of the most respected professionals in the business.

Today, Blane leads the finance department at Koppy Motors, where his decades of experience and long standing lender relationships help customers find financing solutions in all types of situations. Whether you have perfect credit, challenged credit, or are somewhere in between, Blane has likely helped someone in a similar situation and knows how to navigate the process.

Blane combines experience, knowledge, and a great sense of humor to make the financing process as smooth as possible.

When he's not helping customers, Blane can usually be found tinkering with old cars in the garage, or juggling phone calls from one of his 7 daughters.

Josh Jacobsz - Sales Consultant

Josh Jacobsz has been around the automotive world for years and has done a little bit of everything along the way. He spent over a decade managing a local upfit and accessory store before moving to the service drive of a large dealership group. Today, he brings that experience to Koppy Motors as part of our sales team.

Josh is known for his friendly personality, positive attitude, and willingness to help wherever needed. He believes buying a vehicle should be a comfortable experience, and he works hard to make sure every customer feels taken care of from start to finish.

When he's not at the dealership, you'll usually find Josh spending time with his wife and three kids, cheering from the sidelines.

Thomas Vo - Sales Consultant

Thomas Vo brings more than 10 years of new and used vehicle sales experience to the Koppy Motors team. Throughout his career, he has earned certifications across multiple areas of the automotive industry and has built a reputation for being knowledgeable, professional, and incredibly easy to work with.

Technology is one of Thomas's greatest strengths. Whether it's understanding the latest vehicle features, helping customers navigate today's connected vehicles, or staying ahead of industry trends, he enjoys sharing what he knows and helping customers make informed decisions. His goal is never to pressure people, but to educate them and provide a high level experience from start to finish.

Known for his positive attitude, quick smile, and light hearted personality, Thomas makes the car buying process comfortable and enjoyable. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with computers, 3D printing projects, and continuing to learn everything he can about the automotive business.
